Thirteen years ago, our founder was drowning in debt and realized nobody was giving straight answers about saving money. So we built this place. We're not here to sell you some miracle budget app or get-rich-quick scheme. Our Story
Started in a cramped office in Hradec Králové back in 2011, Smart Wise was born out of frustration. The founder had paid off $47,000 in debt using methods nobody was talking about, and thought others should know this stuff too. First year was rough — just him, a laptop, and about 12 blog posts nobody read. But people started finding the site. Started asking questions. Sharing their wins. Now we're here helping hundreds of folks annually actually move the needle on their finances. We're still in Hradec Králové. Still scrappy. Still honest.
